Return & Exchanges
Thank you for choosing our products. We strive to provide you high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you find that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Any product that has been tampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by an email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else we will not be liable to accept the merchandise.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
• Returns will only be accepted for products purchased from luckytony.in. For products purchased through other marketplaces, please contact them directly for an exchange or a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
• Please contact our customer service team at [Lucky Tony email] to initiate the return or exchange process.
• Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or has any manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.
• We recommend to use a tracking courier service to ensure your return is received.
4. Refund Process:
• Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund within 3-4 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• For COD orders - please send your payment details (Bank Account Details/ UPI Id) via email to support@luckytony.in with your order details/order id.
5. Exchange Process:
• If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting your return.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and its packaging. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
• Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description for details.
8. Store Credit:
• In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to refunds.
9. International Returns:
• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
